History

From its inception in 2005, Silverstar Homebuilders, Inc. has trail blazed its way into becoming a significant player in the low to mid-cost housing segment of the real estate industry. Offering high quality and innovatively designed mass housing units, the Company believes that “ – cost need not be low quality”. This philosophy is evident in the above-industry specifications and standards of the housing units in its maiden project, Tierra Solana in General Trias, Cavite.

Behind the Company is a group of young but highly experienced real estate entrepreneurs and veteran business and industry leaders:

Donny Pile and Chay Garcia, are the Company’s top executives. Together they bring to Silverstar a combined 40 years of hands-on real estate experience. Under the premiere real estate management EXCORE, Inc., formed by Donny and Chay, Silverstar is assured of a management system anchored on excellence, creativity and innovation.

The Chairman and primary investor of the Company, Mr. Benjamin Y. Sison, is the owner of Silverswan, the pioneer and market leader in the highly competitive condiments market. His pioneering skills and business experience continue to inspire the organization to seek for more opportunities to create township developments and to introduce innovations that will uphold the vision of the Company.
